Joseph Ssemujju is officially a Tax Collector after completing his move to URA FC on a two year contract from Tanzanian side Mbeya City following the end of his one year contract.

He is expected to beef up the offensive department given his ability to play on either flanks as well as attacking midfielder.

The silky and talented player is aware of the responsibility and task ahead as he shared his thoughts with the URA FC Media in a Question and Answer Interview.

URA FC Media: Congratulations Joseph upon Joining URA FC, first of all, how do you feel?

Ssemujju: I am really happy and excited for the opportunity to join URA FC.

URA FC Media: You have been in a number of clubs in Uganda, what do you bring to URA FC?

Ssemujju: It’s true I have played for a number of clubs in Uganda and I have got the experience now which I will use to help the club get out from where they finished the first round from. I have been following and I know this is not where we belong because URA FC is a strong club.

And if we coordinate well as a team as well as knowing our responsibility and value of putting on the URA FC jersey, we shall get back to where we belong immediately.

URA FC Media: What are your targets at the club?

My targets are clear, I want to help the club go back to where they belong and by this I have to be on top of my game all the time I am given the opportunity and I also want to use this platform to return to the national team.

Ssemujju has formerly played at Bul FC, SC.Villa, Proline FC, Express FC and Vipers SC in Uganda.
