URA FC will this evening welcome Army side UPDF FC at Mehta Stadium, Lugazi in a highly anticipated clash.

The Tax Collectors will be aiming at bouncing back to winning ways following three previous games without victory.

Against UPDF FC, they face a side that is fighting to beat the drop, something that will spark more fire in the encounter.

Team News.

Salim Abdallah (AWOL), Benjamin Nyakoojo (Red card/suspension), Bruno Bunyaga, Hannington Ssebwalunyo, Kokas Alou (All not in match day squad) and Justine Opiro (USSSA games with St Mary’s Kitende in Fort Portal) won’t be available for the encounter.

The rest of the players are available for selection.

“It’s a match that we want to win after going three games without victory. We have done everything in our reach and we are waiting for the match. We know we are facing a side that is fighting not to be relegated and we won’t take them for granted.”

“It won’t be an easy match against a side fighting for relegation but we want this game because we have gone three games without winning. I am facing my former side and I won’t have any mercy for them as I am now a URA FC player.”

In the last 5 meetings, the Tax Collectors have managed 4 wins and 1 draw that came in the first round in Bombo in a one all tie thanks to defender Eric Senjobe late equaliser from a header.
