URA FC will make a trip to Wakiso district on Saturday to take on Soltilo Bright Stars FC in the Startimes Uganda Premier League lunch time kick off match at Kavumba Recreation Ground.

The Tax Collectors will be aiming at kick-starting the new month of April on a positive note by getting back to winning ways following defeat at home to Busoga United in the previous encounter.

Skipper and custodian Nafian Alionzi, James Begisa return from national duty while highly rated forward Bruno Junior Bunyaga is in line to make his long awaited debut after being included in the match day squad.

However on a low note, midfielder Salim Abdallah (injury) defenders Najib Fesali (injury) Benjamin Nyakoojo (lacks match fitness) Justine Opiro (school) and Eric Senjobe (compassionate leave) won’t be available.

“Preparations have been good and we have corrected our mistakes from the previous game. It’s not going to be an easy game but we are ready to take Bright Stars on. The return on skipper Alionzi and Begisa is a big boost and we expect them to contribute towards our performance tomorrow.” He said in the Pre-Match Presser

Skipper and Custodian Nafian Alionzi is set to return in goal after missing our previous tie while on national duty.

“I am glad to return and we are focused to winning tomorrow aware that we lost our previous game. We expect a tough game but we are also resilient and we want to win so we can change our situation on the table.” He said.

The last nine meetings has seen us win 4, drawn 4 and 1 loss.

The first round meeting this season at Nakisunga Saza Ground saw us draw 2-2 with Bright Stars with James Begisa and George Senkaaba scoring for us in the first half before Nelson Senkatuka and Emmanuel Loki netted for our opponents.

Currently on the log, we sit in 10th place on 23 points from 18 games while Bright Stars are 9th on 24 points from 17 games.
