Uganda Revenue Authority Football club has returned to Mehta Stadium, Lugazi, its official.

This comes after months of thorough inspection of the stadium by experts from FUFA before approval.

“We are happy to return to a ground where the club enjoyed alot of it’s success we hope to do the same that is rediscovering evening glory days from the favorite tax collection den.”

Club CEO, Allan Munaaba who was then the captain briefly commented.

URA FC had last played at the stadium in the 2016/2017 season before relocating to Namboole and later the Arena Of Visions in Ndejje.

This season, after Arena Of Visions was put under maintenance, the club opted for Nakisunga Saza Ground where they hosted their home games.

Following thorough inspection from experts from FUFA, Mehta stadium has finally been approved to be used by the club with the first game scheduled for 19th March against Busoga United.
