New boy Joseph Ssemujju opened his account at URA FC in our 0-2 win at Onduparaka FC in Arua.

He came on as a substitute in the second half for Vianey Sekajugo and immediately showed up with a brace on his league debut to guide the club to their third win this season.

Ssemujju now wants to build on that to score more goals and help the team get back where they belong together with his teammates.

“I thank God for the win in our first match of the second round. I scored a brace and attribute that to teamwork as we worked tirelessly from the first minute.”

He told URA FC Media before adding.

“I want to score more goals for the club and I hope for the same team attitude in the upcoming games so that we can get back to where we belong.”

The win took URA FC to 17 points and they will play again at home against Express FC on Saturday 25th February 2023.
