Forward Bruno Junior Bunyaga is one of the players who joined URA FC in the January transfer window to beef up the club’s forward line.

The highly rated striker has alot of trust from many including the club management, technical team and fans but hasn’t yet broke into the first team.

For starters, Bunyaga got injured when he had just arrived and had to undergo a recovery and rehabilitation program thus missing out a couple of games.

Even when he got fine, he wasn’t rushed to be played as he only made his debut last week against Wakiso Giants FC at Mehta Sports Stadium Lugazi coming on late in the second half

To head coach Sam Timbe and his technical team, he is not worried as he believes they are doing the right decision for the player to get him set for the big stage.

“We all know and believe in Bunyaga and we are aware of what he can offer but if you rush him you may again lose him. We want him to get the confidence which he is steadily getting. We know by the time we decide to fully unleash him, he will be good to go.”

He told the club Media.

It should be noted that this is Bunyaga’s debut season in the Uganda Premier League.

He has so far featured for the Tax Collectors twice both coming on late as a substitute against Wakiso Giants FC and on the road at Barifa stadium against Arua Hill SC.
