The URAFC CEO, Henry Mayeku commenced his speech by highlighting the importance of having Hema Water as our Beverage partner.

This particular partnership will see Hema provide high-quality water to the team on matchdays, training sessions and other logistical support in all URA FC events to enable the team to complete the season successfully.

It is important to note that Hema Water was sponsoring URAFC between the period of 2015 to 2017, but after the expiry of the deal, it was not renewed. It is only now that the two have decided to renew the partnership.

Meanwhile, URA will have their jersey sleeves having the Hema Water logo starting the next round of the league and other Cup competitions except for CAF competitions. This will be in order to promote their brand.

“It has always been our target to make URAFC sustainable by getting its own partners who can inject in money to supplement what the authority offers them,” Kariisa highlighted.

“I am happy that today we have taken a step closer to achieving that by adding Hema Beverages Limited on board as our partners.”

Hema Water comes back home to a place they are familiar with. We hope that the next three years of partnership will be one to cherish.
