The URA FC contingent has departed the country for Ethiopia ahead of the CAF Confederation Cup first preliminary round second leg game against Ethiopian Coffee SC.

The delegation left on the night of Thursday, September 16, 2021, led by Dan Obote – a FUFA Executive Committee member, also former URA and Uganda Cranes midfielder.

The team, comprising of 20 players left aboard Ethiopian Airlines on flight ET 126 from Entebbe International Airport to Addis Ababa.

The team will then embark on a connecting flight from Addis Ababa to Bahir Dar where the game will be played on Sunday.

The URA travelling team:

Goalkeepers: James Alitho, Nafian Alionzi.

Defenders: Ashraf Mandela, Ronald Kigongo, Derrick Ndahiro, Paul Patrick Mbowa, Hudu Mulikyi, Benjamin Nyakoojo, Faruku Katongole, Fesali Najib

Midfielders: Ivan Sserubiri, Ivan Sseruyidde, Saidi Kyeyune, Shafik Kuchi Kagimu (C), Jachiam Ojera, Living Kabon and Viane Ssekajugo.

Forwards: Cromwel Rwothomio, Steven Mukwala and Ibrahim Dada.
