The tax collectors confirm the signing of Justine Opiro on a two year contract. He is expected to stay with the tax collectors until 2024.
Opiro has impressed the coaching team in the past weeks, earning himself a contract to play for URA FC.
Opiro started his football career at Good Soccer Academy in Northern Uganda. Thereafter moving to Bright Valley Primary School Wagadugu where he was scouted by Kibuli Secondary School. He later joined and captained the KCCA junior team in the same year.
He is expected to play along side Najib Fesali, James Begisa, Benjamin Nyakoojo, Patrick Mbowa and Derrick Ndahiro in the defence.
