Laban Tibiita is an experienced Ugandan professional footballer who plays primarily as an attacking midfielder for URA FC. A versatile attacking player, he can also operate on either wing, giving him the ability to contribute creatively from central and wide areas.

Tibiita has established himself as an important member of the URA midfield. During the 2023/24 Uganda Premier League season, he made 26 league appearances and accumulated 1,668 minutes, demonstrating his regular involvement in the Tax Collectors’ first team.

His attacking contribution continued during the 2024/25 campaign, when he scored two Uganda Premier League goals for URA FC. Official league match records also list him wearing the No. 10 shirt and operating in midfield.

Tibiita has also represented Uganda at senior international level. Available international records credit him with three senior caps, adding Uganda Cranes experience to his domestic career.

In 2025, Tibiita extended his URA FC contract through June 2027. He spent part of the 2025/26 season on loan at Entebbe UPPC FC before returning to URA in July 2026 for preseason preparations ahead of the 2026/27 Uganda Premier League campaign.
