Elvis Ssekajugo is a promising Ugandan professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for URA FC. He joined the Tax Collectors in 2026 from Express FC, becoming part of URA’s squad strengthening ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.

Ssekajugo developed his football foundation through Rays of Grace Academy and later featured in school and youth football, including spells associated with Royal Giants High School, Bukedea Comprehensive School and Soltilo Bright Stars’ junior setup.

His development has been strongly connected to Uganda’s national youth teams. He represented Uganda U17 and subsequently progressed to the Uganda U18 national team, where FUFA selected him among the midfielders for the 2023 CECAFA U18 Boys Championship in Kenya. Uganda went on to win that tournament.

Ssekajugo later progressed to the Uganda U20 (Hippos) setup. In October 2024, FUFA named him in the final squad for the AFCON U20 CECAFA Zonal Qualifiers in Tanzania, where he was listed as a midfielder attached to Express FC and Bukedea Comprehensive SS.

At club level, he has represented Express FC and BUL FC in Uganda’s top-flight football before his 2026 move to URA FC. His experience at both youth international and Uganda Premier League level gives him a solid foundation as he continues his development with the Tax Collectors.
