Marvin Nyanzi is a talented Ugandan professional footballer who operates primarily as an attacking midfielder. Known for his technical ability and attacking contribution, Nyanzi has gained considerable experience in the Uganda Premier League with clubs including Wakiso Giants, Kitara FC and Express FC.

Nyanzi’s development included spells with Ndejje United and Kajjansi United before he stepped up to Uganda’s top flight with Wakiso Giants FC in 2022. He spent two seasons with the Purple Sharks, developing into an attacking midfield option at Premier League level.

In July 2024, Nyanzi joined Kitara FC on a one-year deal. Kitara described him as an attacking midfielder whose playing style would provide the team with additional options in midfield.

He subsequently represented Express FC during the 2025/26 Uganda Premier League season, wearing the No. 10 shirt. He contributed to the Red Eagles’ campaign, including scoring in their 2–0 victory over Buhimba United Saints in May 2026.

Nyanzi has also represented Uganda at youth international level. FUFA selected him for the Uganda U20 (Hippos) setup, including the squad for the 2022 AFCON U20 CECAFA Zonal Qualifiers, when he was attached to Wakiso Giants. He was later included in Uganda’s provisional squad for the 2023 U20 Africa Cup of Nations and the 2024 African Games.
