Uganda Revenue Authority Football Club (URA FC) is one of Uganda’s established professional football clubs, built on a tradition of excellence, discipline, teamwork and ambition.
The club traces its roots to 1997, when football formed part of the annual Uganda Revenue Authority inter-departmental games. URA FC was officially registered with FUFA in 1998, marking the beginning of its journey into competitive Ugandan football.
Following its merger with Lyantonde FC in 2001, the club earned promotion and established itself in Uganda’s top-flight football. Since then, URA FC has grown into a respected and competitive institution, achieving domestic success while continually pursuing higher standards on and off the pitch.
Today, the club represents more than competitive football. URA FC is committed to professionalism, talent development, strong leadership, community engagement and building a sustainable football institution for future generations.
