Tracy Nabalanzi is a promising Ugandan women’s footballer who plays as a midfielder for URA Ladies FC. She is part of Uganda’s emerging generation of female football talent and has established herself within both club football and the country’s youth national-team structure. FUFA officially identifies her as a URA Ladies FC midfielder.
Nabalanzi has earned significant international youth experience with the Uganda U17 Women’s National Team (Teen Cranes). In April 2026, she was selected for Uganda’s FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup qualifying matches against Zimbabwe, participating in the team’s preparations at the FUFA Technical Centre in Njeru.
During those preparations, Nabalanzi highlighted the team’s focus on progressive football, effective use of wide areas and improved attacking movement, demonstrating her understanding of the tactical demands of midfield play.
Her strong involvement with the Teen Cranes continued into the next qualification round. She was selected for Uganda’s 2026 FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup qualifying double-header against Kenya and made the final travelling squad for the return leg in Nairobi.
Nabalanzi was subsequently retained in Uganda’s squad for the 2026 CECAFA U17 Women’s Championship in Tanzania, further strengthening her international experience and demonstrating her continued importance within Uganda’s youth women’s national-team setup.
At club level, public player records confirm her association with URA Ladies FC, where she continues her development as a young midfielder.
