Justine Opiro is a Ugandan professional footballer currently playing for URA FC in the Uganda Premier League. Primarily a right back, Opiro is a defensive player who contributes to the team’s back line and can support play from the wide defensive areas.

Opiro’s football development includes time with the KCCA Soccer Academy. He was also part of Uganda’s U17 national-team setup, appearing in FUFA records for the Uganda Cubs during the 2019 AFCON U17 qualification campaign.

He later progressed into senior football and joined URA FC, where he has gained experience competing at Uganda’s highest domestic level. Official Uganda Premier League statistics show that he made 4 league appearances during the 2024/25 season, recording 135 minutes of playing time.

Opiro continued to feature for URA during the 2025/26 Uganda Premier League season, including appearances in the club’s defensive unit. Current squad records list him as No. 27 and a right back for URA FC.
