Uganda Revenue Authority Football Club (URA FC) has captured right back Justine Opiro as their latest signing in this transfer window ending on Wednesday.
Opiro joins the Tax collectors as the official sixth signing joining George Senkaaba, Yusuf Wasswa, Salim Abdallah, James Begisa and Ronald Mawa Andabati.
He kick started his footballing career at Good Soccer Academy before moving to Bright Valley Primary School Wagadugu and then crossed over to Kibuli Secondary School.
Opiro later joined and captained KCCA Junior team in the same year.
“Opiro has impressed the coaching team in the past weeks, earning himself a contract to play for URA FC.” read a statement on URA FC website this Tuesday.
