URA FC returns to home turf with a mission to turn the tables on rivals KCCA FC in what promises to be a thrilling midweek Authority Derby under the floodlights at Nakivubo.
They will further be aiming at revenging their first leg 1-0 defeat in Lugogo to open an eight point gap between them.
The Tax Collectors, under the stewardship of Alex Isabirye “Musongola”, are gunning for all three points to solidify their top-four position and keep the momentum alive.
Speaking ahead of the clash, Isabirye emphasized the importance of the fixture:
“We face KCCA FC in a tricky tie at home. Despite their struggles, they remain a strong side. We lost to them in the first leg, but we are prepared and targeting maximum points,” said the confident tactician.
With 39 points and sitting 4th on the table, URA FC is looking to finish the season strong. Isabirye also revealed the club’s broader vision:
“We are targeting to fight for the trophy next season, and building strong performances in this final quarter of the league will set the tone.”

URA FC will assess the fitness of two key players ahead of kickoff. Defensive rock Hudu Mulikyi and forward Ivan Ahimbisibwe face late fitness tests, Isma Mugulusi is a long term absentee while left back Shafiq Lugoloobi, Ssekibengo Godfrey (School) and Denis Kisiriko (School) all won’t be available but the rest of the squad is ready for battle.
