URA FC Strengthens Squad with Triple Signing of Otti, Kiggundu and Ssekeba

Uganda Revenue Authority Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of three new players as part of the club’s continued strengthening ahead of the 2025/2026 season.

The trio includes defenders Ronald Otti and Arthur Kiggundu, who both arrive from Kitara FC, as well as highly-rated goalkeeper Muhammad Ssekeba from Gaddafi FC, last season’s FUFA Big League Best Goalkeeper.

Each of the players has signed a two-year contract with the Tax Collectors and are available for selection in tomorrow’s FUFA Super 8 Cup encounter against Kitara FC at the MTN Omondi Stadium, Lugogo.

On completing his move, Ronald Otti said:

“Joining URA FC is a big step in my career. I’m ready to give my all for the Tax Collectors and fight for success on every front.”

Fellow defender Arthur Kiggundu shared his delight:

“This is an opportunity I truly cherish. I come to URA FC with one mission, defend with pride and help the team achieve greatness.”

Goalkeeper Muhammad Ssekeba added:

“I am honored to join a club with such ambition. As a goalkeeper, my focus is to keep clean sheets and bring confidence to the team.”

Head Coach Alex Isabirye welcomed the trio, emphasizing the impact they are expected to make:

“We are very delighted to welcome Ronald, Arthur, and Muhammad to URA FC. Each of them brings quality, hunger, and experience that will strengthen our squad. They join a strong group of new signings, and together, we believe they will play an important role in pushing us towards our targets this season.”

The three arrivals join the club’s earlier additions of Kabon Living, Fred Amaku, Chrispas Kusiima, and forward Nelson Ssenkatuka, underlining the club’s commitment to assembling a competitive squad for the new campaign.
