URA FC is delighted to announce that pacy winger and forward Joseph Ssemujju has signed a contract extension that will keep him at the club until 2027.
The electric wide man, who joined the Tax Collectors in January 2023 from Tanzanian Premier League side Mbeya City FC, has become a key attacking weapon for the team over the last two seasons.
Ssemujju has featured in 52 matches, clocking 2949 minutes, scoring 7 goals and providing 6 assists during that time — a testament to his work rate, consistency, and attacking flair.
Speaking to the club media after putting pen to paper, Ssemujju, fondly known as Bagi, couldn’t hide his joy:
“I’m grateful for the trust and belief the club has shown in me. This extension means a lot, and I’m committed to working even harder to help URA FC win silverware in the coming seasons.”
Blessed with pace, flair and an eye for goal, Ssemujju remains one of the most exciting forwards in the league and the club is thrilled to retain his services as we continue building towards our targets.
He’s not done yet — the journey continues!
